  • Process improvement involves systematic enhancements to the efficiency or effectiveness of processes. Both candidate experience and process improvement are critical for an effective talent acquisition system.

Specifically, you will learn the following as you complete this course:

  • Best practices for improving candidate experience

  • Components of a high-quality employer brand and employee value proposition

  • Social media strategies to enhance candidate experience

  • How to make recruitment practices more inclusive

  • How to identify waste in hiring processes

  • Strategies for interrupting bias in hiring
