This first Power Hour focused on the overall process of retention planning and how to unpack what drives engagement.
Identifying Turnover Trends & Unlocking the Power of Total Rewards (11/6/2024, 11 a.m.–12 noon)
This second Power Hour will focus on how to pinpoint turnover trends and earn the keys to unlock the power of Total Rewards.
182 Days of Onboarding and Beyond (11/13/2024, 11 a.m.–12 noon)
This third Power Hour focused on activating smart onboarding prior to orientation and through the first year to support new employees.
A Roadmap for the Educator Journey & Developing a Mentoring Culture (11/20/2024, 11 a.m.–12 noon)
This fourth Power Hour will focus on two topics:
1. Building a roadmap to support the educator journey at key milestones
2. Developing a mentoring culture
This fifth Power Hour will focus on work-life integration and how to use an impact-effort matrix to prioritize action planning.
Virtual Networking Sessions

Learning About Licensure (12/12/2024, 9–10 a.m.)
In this virtual networking session, hear from special guests from the Ohio State Board of Education's Office of Educator Licensure and Effectiveness. Director Yenetta Harper and Associate Director James Wightman will answer frequently asked questions about licensure. You'll also have the chance to connect with others across the state who are seeking solutions to human capital issues that can be answered by the board.
