Supporting the Work at Scale
We know you’re working hard to serve your educational service center (ESC), as well as your member districts’ human capital needs. You make an impact across the state on behalf of many educational organizations. That’s why we have ramped up our support for educational service centers.
Leverage the resources and training we deliver throughout the year and across the state, including our train-the-trainer series and community of practice for ESCs.
Assessing the Current State
Find out where your organization currently stands and learn more about your existing strengths and opportunities for growth in your human capital management system (HCMS) by taking a free self-assessment. You can also use this assessment to support your member districts and schools.
This assessment is aligned with the Professional Human Capital Leaders in Education (pHCLE) Standards. The pHCLE standards were developed by a national committee of human capital leaders in PK–12 education institutions. They define the core knowledge and skills needed to improve talent practices in education.
Training
We offer a variety of training opportunities for districts, schools, and other educational organizations—including ESCs. New this year for ESCs, the HCRC is hosting in-person train-the-trainer sessions and virtual community of practice opportunities.
